Can I add and/or remove any items after an order has already been placed?

Unfortunately you are unable to add and/or remove any items after an order has been placed. If you will like to add another item you can create an additional order. Please make sure everything is correct before placing an order and refer to our "Return Policy"  page on additional information. 

 

What if my size is no longer available?

If your size is unavailable and the style of the item is popular there is a chance that we will restock the item. Please email info@cymonestyles.com with the product name and we can advise you in the future if the item has been restocked. 

 

What if the promotional or discount code is not working at checkout?

Please contact us immediately by email at info@cymonestyles.com. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your payment has been received your order will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. We do try to ship out all orders within 1 business day. Please keep in mind that it will take additional days to receive your merchandise due to the shipping companies efficiency. Please refer to our "Shipping Policy" page for more information.

 

What if I never receive my package?

If you never received your package please contact the shipping company directly. All tracking numbers will be received by email once your merchandise is shipped. Please refer to our "Shipping Policy" page for more details.

Where are you located?

There is no physical store and all shopping must be done online. All merchandise is shipped from Palmdale, California. 

 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to our "Size Chart" page. All sizes are US sizes and all coverups are one size fits all. If there is a specific sizing detail we feel like you should know about, it will be stated in the product description.
